Auren Advisory was founded in Manizales in 2026 as a partnership between two entrepreneurs who had spent years working with companies in the region and kept running into the same scene: capable teams spending half the day on tedious tasks no business should still be doing by hand.

Invoices typed in twice. Inventories reconciled at eleven at night. Reports that exist because someone builds them every Monday by copying cells. These weren't badly run companies: they were good companies carrying processes nobody had reviewed in years.
At the same time we saw the opposite reaction, just as costly: buying an expensive tool for a problem nobody had diagnosed, and leaving it unused six months later. Between doing nothing and buying on trend, someone was missing who would look first.
Auren exists to fill that gap. We go in to see how the company really works, understand what that friction is costing, and only then decide which technology —or which simplification without technology— makes sense.
